Who Am I
Hi, great to meet you! My name is Grace, and I am an LCSW providing online therapy in New Jersey. With experience across multiple levels of care working with adults, couples, and families, my approach is client-centered, strengths-based, and emotionally focused, with an emphasis on creating a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. I value collaboration and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. My goal is to meet you where you are while supporting meaningful, sustainable change.

The Process
Step 1
Book your free, 15 min consultation.
This complimentary 15-minute call gives us a chance to connect, talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, and see if working together feels like the right fit. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions before getting started.
Step 2
Schedule your initial virtual therapy evaluation.
The initial evaluation is a 45–50 minute intake session focused on understanding your needs, background, and goals for therapy. We’ll review your current concerns, personal history, and any relevant mental health experiences. By the end of the session, we’ll identify areas of focus and discuss next steps for treatment.
Step 3
Schedule ongoing virtual therapy sessions at a frequency that fits your life—weekly, biweekly, or monthly. We’ll collaborate to determine what level of support feels right for you and adjust as needed over time.
